I n t r o d u c t i o n
Aeroclear (Asia) Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 27th March 2000 and under the Technology Transfer Agreement with Aeroclear Pty. Ltd. Australia, our company will be the fourth company in the world to have facilities for refurbishing and repairing of aircraft windows, canopies, wind shields, side and quarter windows, observation windows and taxi and light lenses to service the aviation operators in Asia. In addition, the company will ultimately manufacture interior items such as rear of seat meal tables, sun visors and scratch panes.

The main technology involves the adoption of a diamond head milling process and vacuum table technique for passenger window surface restoration which strictly adheres to minimum criteria and manufactures specifications.

Currently, the certification from the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) Malaysia has been obtained. The facilities in the factory have been fully installed and they are now ready for commercial operations.

The acquisition of this technology is in line with the serious call by the Malaysian Government to develop its aviation industry to make Malaysia as the center of excellence in the maintenance and manufacture of aircraft components in the future. Our company is moving directly towards this goal and hopefully we could contribute positively towards the aviation industries in Malaysia.
